good price?

are thease a good price for 350 buy them now pick up only from scarbrough its 4 172 alloys v good condition and 2 mint tyres and 2 4mm tred tyres ive gave a best offer of 250 and he declined so im offering 300 and if he says no shud i go 350 or not bother? there the 16" ones

got them at 310 pick up on wednesday if all is well at his end and hes going to remove them from ebay now
