got a 172!!

picked up my new clio 172 mk2 last night so very happy at the moment! bought off vfr400 for 6k with 43k on the clock, full history and very good condition so think its a good deal. Quite impressed with the straight line speed, thought it would feel slow after a fiat coupe but its pretty nippy and the throttle response is so sharp

was thinking of doing an oil and filter change, has anyone done this themselves? Also, what oil do people recommend, fully synth?

cheers :)

Oil change is easy just like any other car. Filters a little more difficult, just need to remove the guard around the injectors (front fo the engine down by the radiatore) though which is only 3 bolts so its not a load more work.

Oil there a huge choice over Id go with Millers 5/40 personally as its been superb in my car.

Thats a good price though for the car.
