ello folks, got me a PC today (the girlfriend bought me it woohoo). I Was wondering if anyone knows what is the best kinda polishs/wax to use on the Perl Black paint to make it really stand out ? Ive been reading around but there seems to be so many different polishs/waxs I am unsure which one(s) to choose! p.s I only need a very light cut polish

I use these

Menzerna Intensive Polish, and Menzerna Final Finish. I use the Intensive Polish on a yellow sonus cutting pad if the swirling/marring is pretty bad. (even then, the polish is very mild!!!!) If its very lighly marred i'll tend to use the Final Finish on a White Sonus pad.

Do you just have the PC.... as in you have any pads other than the White one supplied?? If you dont you need some of these

damn that Clio, broke me, but did look sooooo good when freshly PC'd

not sure what comes with it my girlfriend ordered it for me and its in the post ill get some ordered when it arrives though! my clio is only a little 1.2 tce so im assuming the paint isnt as good as the quality of paint on the RS's but hopfully ill get it nice and shiney!

Another fallen solidier of the 'curse of the black gold'...i had to get rid it was getting silly the amount of time and effort that had to go into do doing a simple wash IMO..

I'm sure you share my view Gary? Rich too maybe?

Yup, couldnt just give it a quick wash, it then turned into a detail everytime lol!!! Blue FTW, wash, dry, DRIVE!!!!

collinte 476 is awsome for winter because of its durability but for summer try chemical guys petes 53 its one of the best waxes ive used on a black car and ive used alot
