got new oil what u think?

was speeking to a friend who biulds race engines trhe other day and got on to the subject of oil, he said "rock oil" own stuff is really good.

so they ae near me in my home town , went down today and got 5 ltr of 5-40 fully sinth, for £15 inc vat!

im changin it on sun with a new filter.

opinons?

they also stock dot 4 brake fluid with 300c boiling point, n its cheep too

I wouldn't trust it. £3 a liter is to cheap Millers is one of the best and its £8 a liter from the cheapest place I cna find (Demon Tweeks). I'd get it chnaged asap for somehting better Silkline pro is very good regarded stuff.
300 degree brake fluids not amazing but if its cheap. Just make sure its not DOT 5.1.
