got the motor back

finally got the gearbox changed, after 2 months!

still need an MOT but i forgot how much i loved to drive the car on teh way home! the long way home

2 Months without your car that must have been annoying i get annoyed if mine is off the road for a day let alone 2 months.

yeah it was. although i had access to my mums RT beast!

it was of the road 3 months when the engine was being rebuilt! nightmare!

its booked in next fri to have the cams times, and the fuelling etc all setup, as its just been running as built when the cams went in etc.

Should squeeze a fwe more horsies out of it, as nick hill said the cams are definately out, and i know the fuelling isnt 100% as well.

shame iv got no MOT or id be out scalping this evening! seen as my mates have decided not to go out! boring feks!

What mods have you done to your valver mate?I could pop down chesterfield one night and we could have a little drag up and down sheffield bypass (errrrrrr private test track) to try them out.

Where abouts in chessie do you live?

i live on the outskirts but town centre is about 15 mins drive from mine.

yeah thats the one mate! mine had no engine in at the time! I was thinking that everyone thought it was my motor hehe.
