Great, someone's decided to scratch my car!!!!!

Just ventured out of the house to find the wing mirror of my cup bent backwards. Then on closer inspection found two huge scratches down my front wing. Grrrrrrr!!!

Given that they won't polish out (which I don't think they will) does anyone have any idea how much it'll cost to get resprayed?
