Green gear stick dash light

I have a green gear stick dash light permanently on in the bottom right hand corner of my dash.

This has only been on since I got the car back from JP Cages. The dash was out obviously, but I put everything back and connected everything.

Any ideas what it could be?

It’s your shift light. I’ve no idea why it may be stuck on though sorry.

got in the car this morning noticed the green gearstick light is on all the time?i have searched and searched the forum but cant seem to find anything on this apart from not to call it a shift light:quiet: i no it should flash when ragging it but have never seen/noticed it until now, hardly had...

I did scan the car and I got a speed sensor code. Don't know if it's linked.

I have a problem with mine too, unsure what it is. Iv tried changing the pedal sensors. Mine seems to come on when accelerating through all of the rev range.

Since everything has been out for a cage id be pulling the dash top off and checking the earth points first

I take it its just the 3 earth points along the top? That's what I connected back up.

Its that long since I've been in there I'm not sure!
