grinding brakes on 197

hi guys, when i'm coming to a stop my pads sound like they are on metal, there not as the car has only done 2000 miles and i have looked at them through the wheel and there is loads of meat left. Has anyone else had this problem?

have this a lot but usually when just drove off and hit brakes for first time

Yeh i know what you mean, but mine does it all the time?

i would strip brakes down and get the cleaned up, i had mine done when i was on 4500 miles i think just after first 12 month service
