Grinding noise - advice

When I turn my wheel to the right on full lock there is a grinding noise coming from the drivers front wheel. This seems to be worse if the car has warmed up and I have been driving a while.

Has anyone had anything similar or can offer any advice?

IVE HAD THAT BEFORE AND IT WAS THAT MY WHEEL BEARING HAD COLLAPSED. IF YOU LEAVE IT FOR TOO LONG IT'LL DAMGE YOU HUB THEN YOUR SUBFRAME.

SO GET IT FIXED BUD SOON AS.
