Gripper diff/box issue - help please!

Car  Whichever has fuel
My car (Mk1 16v with Ph1 172 running gear) has just had a new gearbox and gripper diff fitted.

Before I had them fitted, the car drove lovely,

Now it’s been fitted, there is the mother of all vibrations from the front of the car when I go over abut 15mph.

Clutch in or out, it still does it.

It gets worse when I turn right, disappears when I turn left.

Jacked it up tonight and can see no play/rubbing anywhere,

I’m panicking now because I’ve got a week until I need it.

Anyone got any ideas??

(Same driveshafts were used)

Could of shifted engine/box over slightly when swapping it over, had it happen before.

Free for the rest of the week and most of next week if you need a hand or someone to pass the tools (y)

My first thoughts are as above. Could have a shaft sitting slightly too far out the cup

As above, you need shorter shafts for gripper iirc, you can remove the circlip from the outer CV joints and that's gives you about 5mm per side extra length
