Group buy on cambelt and aux' belt change. Gauging interest.

My 172 is coming up to its' 48k service and I am going to have the cambelt changed early along with the auxilary belt which I have postponed by 12k.

A friend will also needs his doing shortly so we already have two people interested.

If I were to arrange a group buy on this in the Yorkshire, hopefully Leeds area, who would be interested.

Please be aware that I haven't even contacted the company I have in mind so have no prices or even confirmation that it will go ahead but rest assured they are reputable. I simply need some figures in order that I can approach them.

Sorry to throw a spanner in the works but being as its a pian to do anyway I'd be suprised if you find a garage who know what there doing to give any decinet discount its all labour cost realy.

N'eh worries Edde. As I said, I'm just guaging interest at this stage. Even if I could save £25 per car if I had 5 cars, it is still a saving.

Forgot to mention, this is for 172's and 182's.

There no way thats likly to happen parts prices you can get discount for tracde but unless they lower there rates for the work then its not going to happen.

Plus you have to make sure it a garage who have the tools to do the job.
