Can anyone solve this prob for me as BT or Pipex can't!!!
Basically my broadband connection only works when the landline is in use!!!:S
I've checked all the wiring and connections and it's all fine,been the same set-up for 3 years.
The only difference is we bought a new handset,could this be the cause or have I got a mystery virus???
BT and Pipex can't find a solution and I'm fast running out of patience!

ADSL Microfilters all in place on every phone?

and if so try replacing them with new ones.....

Yep done all that,tried 3 different filters.
I've tried everything,I'm convinced its something to do with my handset.

what about when there's no handsets plugged in, so there's nothing in the analogue side of the filters?

If it still doesn't work then it's not your handsets.
