I've had a quick search and couldn't find anything.

Has anyone got a rough guide on how to change an alternator on an RS Clio with AC?

Cheers
Andy.

Ahaha.... I'm not doing it but the guy who will be taking on the challenge is more used to working on vans so is not all that familiar with RS Engine Bays.

What needs removing to get to the alternator?

Cheers Danny..... I'll let him know as I think when he looked at the car before he thought that it would be a simple task and realised the bay is a little cramped.

Just to add to Dannys list : O/S/F Headlamp out... makes access loads easier ;)

i tried that once. Complete waste of time. if you want easier access to the aux tensioner just slacken the gearbox mount jack the engine up and it moves over about an extra half inch

Horses for courses I guess Danny - I personally find when doing F4R timing belts that having the lamp unit out gives nice access for the Snap-On serp rachet to get in on the tensioner.
