Guide for checking/replacing 182 injectors?

Is there a guide anywhere showing how to check the injectors in a 182/how to replace them?

Had a look in the guide section but had no luck, if here is one could somebody point me in the right direction?

If not, can i have some info as to how to do this, I dont have a clue!

Fuel rail guard off with 2 x 10mm/13mm nuts

Fuel line off.

Undo two bolts

Pull very hard

Stick a multimeter across them, set to ohms you should get around 15

Is it missing/running lumpy? If so, just unplug each injector at a time. It should run like utter s**t each time you unplug one. If one makes no difference, thats your shagged injector

It doesn't seem to be, but I did the dashboard fault check thing and it said there was an injector fault so thought I should check them?

And the engine management light is on...would an injector fault cause it to be or is that likely to be something else?
