That's a hacked account mate.

Exactly the same as what happened with my father in laws Gumtree advert. Someone hacked in to it & changed some of the details using the same pics.

The most obvious on his was the price & the telephone number had been changed as well as the addition of that picture saying about it being submitted for a family member.
