Gunson Eezibleed - Any good?

i got one day before yesterday after seeing them on youtube, dead good bit of kit.
cheapest place i could find them was machine mart for under 15 quid.

Rather than start a new thread, Though id bring this one back up.
Does anyone have a guide for this kit?
Or can run me through it briefly?
I understand it works on tyre pressure? Do you just hook a line up to the tyre. To the brake fluid res, then loosen the bleed nipple and leed it bleed out?

That's about it. Fill the bottle above the line, attach to reservoir, attach airline to tyre, then start bleeding. Start with the nipple furthest away from the servo (passenger rear) an work towards the nearest.
most important thing to do (really) is to be sure it'll seal properly - it's all explained in the instructions that come with it, but rig it up without filling the bottle with fluid first and check very carefully that it's air tight. if it's not, it'll spray brake fluid everywhere. they're really useful if you can get them to seal properly
I did my Clio with one about two weeks ago. Even with 20PSI I found the fluid was very slow to bleed through the system. The supplied screw on caps fit the Clio system (on my 182) and it sealed well.
However, I tried using it on some other vehicles and it wasn't so successful. They both have bayonet caps so the supplied caps wouldn't work. I even bought a spare cap for one and modded it to use- but the bayonet cap couldn't seal tight enough to hold the pressure.
They do sell "universal" tops that strap on - but I don't know how well they would work?
I think having the ABS units in line means the fluid is harder to push through?

^ How does that one work danny? fluid in the bottle so not much returns to the nipple, Slacken off the nipple then jump in the car and pump the pedal?

yeah kind of, but there's a 1 way valve in there too. You can buy the valve without the bottle, but they dont seal as well unless they're submerged
The problem with those other kits is you still need to pump the brake pedal and check the fluid level isn't dropping too far in the reservoir. Plus you can't check the fluid flowing out the nipple for air bubbles or to see if the old fluid is flushed out if you're doing it by yourself and pumping the pedal- so they're not really a "one person" kit.
With the Gunson ALL you have to do is undo the nipple and wait for the kit to force the new fluid through. There's plenty of fluid in the supplied bottle so you don't even have to worry about the reservoir bleeding dry on each wheel.

Just finished bleeding my brakes today using eezibleed. Good kit but the bottle's lid keps going on at a funny angle and not sealing. All bled now though and im happy. Not much of a change in the pedal feel, But i guess i would need some braided lines if i want improovement which i cant be bothered with on a 1.2.

I used a pressure gauge, Let air out untill it was about 19psi.
First time had no leaks dry testing..
It was only passanger side i couldnt get the bottle to seal for a while but was ok after that. Think the rubber washer for the bottle is slightly too big and ends up kinking letting air out.
Ive written a guide and posted it, Dont know when its going to be put up.

Has no one had the problem of the main resevoiur over filling?,ive just had this prob bleeding my brakes,didnt fill the bottle with to much fluid

I think that's too much pressure.. Have you fitted it to a tyre with 30+ psi?
bad seal on the brake pot due to pressure?

Iirc the tyre I used had 20psi and worked a treat.
