Gutted!

Had a really good day today went to Dennis bergkamp testimonial and left my car outside my aunts as she lives in walking distance to the train station. everythings going great get back to my aunts to find out the girl who lives opposite has reversed into my car.
My uncle cleaned it all up while i was out and it now looks ok apart from a couple of deep scratch's and some very fine scratchs all over the back bumper (passenger side)

The girl was really apologitecapparently and has gone away until monday but said she will pay for repaires. Don't really want to Charge her a fortune but also want a good job done. bein liquid Yelow is it best to go to renault??

Their the two worst one then there light one in between, anyone got an idea on what they would do and how much it will be??

Do you know of a good local bodyshop? Pop in and see them if you can, even if they have to sand/prime/spray the bumper, I cant see them charging more than £150. Looks like its chipped the paint, so a touch up might look dodgy and especially as its Liquid Yellow.

But as Big Ghey Al says, you're not paying so get it done properly.

Trust me you know its there, and it does stand out especially against the Yellow. Ive only had her 4 weeks i think. Will a local spray place be able to match the colour perfectly?

gutted for ya mate. i know how you feel when someone does something to your car it doesnt look that bad to other ppl but it will nag you till you get it sorted.Someone took a shopping trolley to the front of my car and i still aint had it touched up yet.

Anyway back to you, Altho the lass is being decent and saying she will pay for the repairs straight away you want your car to look perfect again rite?. So if it takes a fair whack of dosh to get it right then so be it!.

hmmm im guessing its down to the primer and the marks we see arnt her paint as if its hers a good clay and PC will remove, i recently did this to my g/f parents car came up a treat.

Well i went to Renault today after work had to wait around for about 10minutes so in that time i went and had a nose at at a 197, still ugly!

Anyways theres a small chip on the back wing aswell as the back bumper and its going to cost (his estimate not actual price) of between £400-£800. I was shocked at that price, is this high and was he trying to take the pi$$ out of me because im young?

Also anyone have experiance with Renault at Enfield?
