H&R coilovers

Anyone fitted them?

any tips for when I do fit them ie adjust them roughly off the car first?

what parts of the original suspesion do I need?

The back platforms, do I just adjust them with an alan key? no lock on them?

iain fire down to mine on friday, i'll be fitting mine.

workin till half 5 mate plus Im gonna have to fit a driveshaft before I fit any coilovers mate

I used a digital vernier thingy to measure the threads.

what parts of the old suspension are used?

rears....... plastic covers for the struts, and the top bushes that sandwhich between the car body

fronts.... top mount bearing, nut and the rubber strut tops you see under the bonnet.... think thats it from memeory?. If you wind the rears own all they way its wont be that low, only problem with the H&R set up imo
