I will deffo send it back if i'm not happy, i have to pay my excess when they fetch it over so i guess if im not 100% happy i wont pay until its right?

I have to say it's worrying that it's uk assist Claire, but don't be put off straight away, I urge you to take someone with you, even if they don't know a lot about bodywork, just take someone and a camera, even if you feel stupid hun take pictures of the parts you're not happy with, it'll benefit you in the long run if you have any more problems.

I'm scared that it won't be right, if it's not right they get 1 chance and 1 chance only to fix it.

Be in contact with your insurance constantly if you are not happy with any of the repair.
If it's not right after the 2nd time then you choose where the car gets fixed, no if's or but's hun, you choose. If you get any hassle at all please pm me and i'll help you out.

This is worse case scenario but at least you'll be prepared for the worst.

Mine was done with uk assist :dapprove: im unhappy with mine but its been far to long for me to go back, only noticed stuff later last year

all the front was hissing as if something was snapped or the raidator was hit, i wasnt going to risk it.. they offered anyway so why not.

I'm still waiting for my car to be delivered, taken the day off so it better come. They phoned me up to say there still waiting for a headlight to be delivered :S i thought they would have had the parts by now.

So they never tried the light up with the new bonnet! Nice!

Oh and the car won't be built up because the headlight goes on before the bumper.

Wouldn't hold my breath getting it today, please don't accept the car just because they are delivering it, I would rather you went to the garage to pick it up.

Looks decent enough, obviously you can't see the paintwork from the pictures.

The should have put your silvervision back in as it wasn't damaged, even the bump wouldn't have damaged it.

Iv had a decent look at it and im happy with the repair, cant grumble really about the splitter, plenty of mild swirling and buffer trails, nothing a day with the DA wont sort out though.

It looks so high parked next to mine, it makes me dizzy like when you look at the blackpool tower for too long.

Claires engine cover was in the boot prior to the accident. we looked in the boot and it wasnt there!

looked in the bay it was there, un-bolted in!

Just take it back to the place that fixed it then, they will have your paperwork, tell them to look at it. If they say it's not anything to do with them then get I contact with the other insurance company.

You should always tell your insurance when your in an accident.
