Hammerite Alternatives?

I basically want to paint my caliper a very bright green, similar to what I'm rockin' on the rims of my oz f1's, but I can't seem to find anything appropriate for the job?

Hammerite only comes in dark green according to halfords and I'm not sure there will be a wide variety of colours at B&Q, and halfords own "caliper paint" only comes in bright blue, yellow and red, go figure?

Suggestions people?

I have a green caliper paint i was going to use on my racing blue clio changed my mind though its from e-tech. if your interested?

If you do a search for my threads on the subject, (I genuinely cannot be bothered) someone on here gave me a link to a place that did custom caliper paint.

Totally forgot I posted this, lol!

Daniel, custom? Taking it a bit far maybe ;) (but its an option if I get desperate) lol!

JS - how much mate, PM me :)

Darren, thats still no where near bright enough :( lol!

I could always just change the lip, but I'm kinda attached now.. lol.

The link that lad posted looks bang on, just gotta see how much he wants, £18 squids is a bit steep for some paint, ya know?

I'm not fussy, do it wrong, do it twice... that's all.

£15 posted, i paid that £18.99 and its still in the same condition never used, only opened to have a peek i then changed my mind about the green calipers, i have kawaski green badges so was going to match but then i decided to change my colour scheme as some people dont like the kawaski green with the racing blue.

Haha I know dude..

Thats the thing, because Hammerite is the main option these days and the colours are pretty limited, people can charge more for the same stuff in a wider variety of colours unfortunately.

Guess its down to how much you want it done..

It'll get done, I'm gonna fly by my local motor factors tonight and see what he's got first though :)

I may have a crack with normal paint, you never know it may be hard wearing enough :)

Edit: I'm going to buy this, comes with brush, spray cleaner and focus RS green paint (should be bright enough, no?), can't lose.

Pics when it's done. ;)

(I'll do the ball joint at the same time) lol!

Which kit is that? my one?

Also i dont think normal paint will do, the tempertures may make the paint bubble, dont quote me on that one though

Oh and I may do a few cheeky little btis in the engine with it too, keep the theme y0'

JS, you're kit wasn't quite the same, differnt green, unsure how bright it'll be, lol.

Does your kit come with spray and brush etc? Tenner posted and its a deal ;)

it does come with 500ml spray cleaner and a brush, but not a £10 would rather keep hold incase i change my mind or unless someone else wants it for £15.
