Hand brake Cable? Easy job?

Does anyone know how tricky a job it is to change a handbrake cable on a 53 172. Mine snapped on one side the night before MOT and now it needs replacing immediately. I'm wondering if it is an easy enough job? Anyone know of any guides online to this sort of thing.

Any help/suggestions much appreciated.
