Hand Break

I just pulled up to the traffic lights and put my handbreak on when all of a sudden it went all soft. I think its broken, Does anybody know of a good place to get this fixed or how to fix the problem myself!

have a look to see if either of the cables have snapped.

I fixed it!! the hand break cable didnt snap. The problem was that the screws that hold the handbreak to the metal had come loose therefore it was all spongy and didnt work that well!!
