handling prob on valver

hello all

my valver seems to be very rear end happy, too much for my liking....

its currently lowered approx -30mm (but this was done b4 i bought the car, so i cant get any exact details, i presume it was just springs and torsion bar reset)

im about to get rid of the crappy tyres and put some good year eagle F1s on there, was wondering what every1 thinks is the best suspension set up to have?

as long as we aint talking stupid amounts of money, im not bothered, any suggestions will be considered (and very appreciated)

Its probably the tyres mate. A set of goodyears will sort you out.

Ive got -50mm springs and koni adjustables, along with a strut brace, and it definately handles 10 times better. It was pretty good before, now its just awesome.

If your happy with how low it is, just get some uprated shocks. The konis are the best imo but are fairly expensive.

id go for the tyre theory as well.other than the shocks theres not a deal on the back end that would affect handling.

While erre on the subject is it better to have the rear shocks set slightly softer than the front so that the car will squat a little under fast (ish) cornering?

Its better to have the front shocks set up slightly softer than the rears, as this helps eliminate understeer.
