Hankook V12 the best for the price??

Dan

  172 track thingy
Are the hankook V12s the best tyre for the price?

I'm after something that's good for a weekend blast but I can't use something as hardcore as the R888s because I also use it for a normal run around at times :(

Try finding some though. More elusive than seeing Lord Lucan bounding across the fields a-top of Shergar....

Lol im not in a big rush for them my PE2s still have a few months on them but I may as well start lookin now :)

I like hard to find stuff anyway I'm after a yozza as well haha but I hear camskill will have some soon so maybe in luck :)

I ordered the PE2's over these as they were £7.50 a tyre more than V12's.

2 x 195/50/15 fitted for £130 from black circles. Camskill is cheaper for both tyres I do believe but you'll need to add approx £10 a tyre for fitting and balancing.

Yeah Camskill have them cheaper but I was told I'd be waiting 3-4 weeks for the V12s and my fronts need changing asap

Seems to be people saying they are better than PE2s. I'll be chuffed if they're almost as good because the price is almost twice as good!

They're great, I've had them on 3 different cars and I love them. But I'm giving the V12s a try because the general opinion is that they are as good as PE2s, some say even better and for almost half the price depending on where you buy them, I sense a win already!

I got RS2's this time for the same reason, wanted one set of wheels I could use for pootling around town, weekend blasts and trackdays.

Pretty impressed so far, more track orientated than the V12's/PE2's while not being as expensive and hardcore as the R888's

Ordered x4 of these, coming from T1R's hopefully they'll be a nice change. Can not argue with £160 for 4 delivered!
