We've found a lot of harness-wearers have a CG-Lock fitted to the car seatbelt so they can use the harness for track days and the CG-Lock (getting 80% of the hold of a harness) for everyday driving. Avoids the hassle of a harness on the streets.. cant adjust controls, cant see at T junctions...

I can adjust all controls and see well at T junctions with harnesses fitted.
No way does it give you 80% of the hold of harnesses either. That's rubbish.
