Harsh ride!

The in my 182 is shocking its hard and the whole car clatters alot, I have sportlines and standard shocks could my top mounts be dead?

I had a shocking ride when I bought my car due to the rear shocks being shot to pieces

must say my 172's ride is pretty harsh - but i know the shocks need doing! (only bought it today!)

are the eibachs well recommended? and which dampers do you suggest?
