Has my steering rack had it? [video]

I'm getting a very high pitched noise when turning the steering wheel side to side. Went under the car today to try and investigate.. seems to be coming from the steering rack on the drivers side?

It does it with the engine off as well as on.

Any ideas? the fluid level is fine btw

yeah.. doesn't seem to affect the steering though (well not a huge amount anyway)

Mine keeps loosing fluid from "somewhere" I can't see but the rack looks fine and no noises

Mine was loosing fluid... PAS pump was leaking

Is it easy/expensive to replace?
