Have you tried the link Ive posted above ? It takes me straight to Haynes book number 3906 - Renault Clio Petrol & Diesel - May 98 to May 01 - R to Y Reg.
I bought the book when I got a flyer for Haynes on joining ClioSport. Manual has helped me when fiddling with my 2000-Y Reg Alize.
Please note, the book doesnt include 1.2 16V, 172 or V6 tho.
It goes through many things from how to service and maintain the car to removing interior panels, headlamps, bodywork etc.
If you want an idea on how much detail they go into have a quick look through other cars Haynes manuals in Halfords or motorworld.
Anything specific your after? I could look it up in my manual. Then again if it can be done to a Clio - theres bound to be someone here whos already done it and could help.
Zydered: This manual for May 98 to May 01 Clios hasnt been out long, so in theory Mk 3 owners may have a couple of years to wait till their manual is published
PhilC - u couldnt photocopy and fax/email me the sections which cover removing the top and bottom parts of the dash could you - I would be ever so grateful
Really? Classy, I know after I got my Clio I emailed them asking when they were gona bring a new manual out, they said at the time though they didnt have n e plans 2 4 the for-c-able future.
