Far as i know yeah only the pitch of the light

Adjusts the up and down movement of the lamp.

Make sure you are on a flat/level surface.
The rear self adjuster is quite sensetive......

Yup they will do.

We adjusted bmh.01's lights other day.

Got my car and marked up the positions against my fence on driveway.

Put his car in the same spot and adjusted his lights to my markings. Spot on now.


See if you can get someone to help you out. Saves guessing where they should be.

so you have to adjust when the engine isnt running but ignition fully on?so you would have to manually turn the lights on then?

Either ignition on or engine running.
(light on basicly)

Either way will bring the light adjuster up.
(You can hear them.. like a short zzzzzzzz noise)

Then just adjust the allen key part to your levels you require.

I need to do mine as well... Since I lowered the car they are awful driving at night.
