Head Unit Replacement

I have an S reg'd 1400 clio RT.

It has the standard tape radio unit, and has the seperate display further up the dashboard, and volume and searching controls on the steering.

I have installed CD players in cars before but never in one with either of these.

What extra requires doing to retain the use of the steering controls and the seperate station display?

Its pretty easy. The clio has ISO connection so you can just unplug the old one and plug in the new. The wires are a bit of a squeeze though. Also, if you have somthing like the high powered Alpine units, you may also need to run a seperate feed to the battery.

As for the steering controls ive not managed to sort them out myself, cant work out what adapter i need to buy, so i may keep an eye on this thread.
