Headlight adjuster motor broken, MOT fail??

Basically, will i fail MOT if the motor on one of my headlights isn't working? I can adjust it manually with the screw bit at the back of the headlight but will i fail MOT if I cant adjust it from the inside of the car?

I'm pretty sure that all they need is to be aligned properly. IIRC the 'headlamp aim' section of an mot only states that they need to be properly aligned, but not adjustable.

no wont fail if the aim is set correctly. its not part of the test to check the adjuster's.
