headlight adjustment

just wondering how you adjust the height and alignment of the headlights on a phase 1 172 not from inside the car but on the actual headlight, reason i ask is that it just the drivers side that is out of alighnment so i just want to sort it out myself as my mot is due soon, and its just pointed down at the ground. passenger side is fine though

Check the headlight adjuster motor on it, if these pop out it will just fall down

how do you get the little arm on the adjuster to pop back into headlight?
