headlight bulbs

its proberly been said on here alot but ive tryed searching n it just brings a load of rubbish up. what type of bulbs are the 'beam' lights on a 54plate 182 with xenons, been told from renault they r most likely be a H7? but then the place i got the car from when he looked at them thru the headlight said they might b H4?

are they also a ballache to fit?
i have small hands, and already changed the indicator bulbs to silver/blue ones

The xenon lamps are D2S and are a bit of a pain to fit but not a massive issue.

£70 should get you a pair on the internet, from Renault they're about £140 each!

Scunny - these are the type you want, however they're 6000K as opposed to 4300K which is what 182's have as standard.
