Headlight pattern

Hi,

just wondering if there is a way on the xenon 182 headlights to switch the pattern from LHD to RHD as apparently the lights I was want are for driving on the right. Which is a real PITA.

I don't think you can. Have a read of this.

Changing lhd headlamps to rhd headlamps?

Hello I have a clio 172 non cup, a numpty put lhd headlamps (xenon) in my car and they left the old rhd ones in the back. Is there a switchover for the kick up beam or is it set in stone? If so can I Frankenstein the brand new lhd headlamps to be rhd?

Thanks, actually found them. There is a small lever in the headlight that adjust them. All sorted now.

I was a bit worried! But within the actual unit next to the xenon unit there is a small lever that changes the pattern. Probably £200 for Renault to adjust them.

Hi mate, I have the same issue but the reverse way haha, I drive in Spain in a rhd car. Could you send me a pic of how is the lever? Is it in both headlights or just in one?

ill get one in the next day or so, I’ll need to dig my spare headlight out of the loft. It’s a small flimsy lever inside the light unit. It’s a bit of a pain to get too as well, but it’s defo there.

so basically it’s this flimsy little thing

you need to swap them to the other setting and that should sort it out.

Excellent! A cheap fix! Complete pain to get to though aren’t they!

Yeah mate, I finally removed them to access the lever, my hands are too big for these engine bays hahaha
