Headlight shines further on left?

  Liquid Yellow 182
Someone One told me that on clios the left headlight shines further then the right because its so that our lights do not blind on coming divers. But if we drove in france we would have to buy a reflector for the left to stop it happening over there because they drive on the left. Is this true or not because i go my car lights leveled at renault garage so im sure there level unless theyve moved. Can someone tell me whats wat pleas?
Ps. I have normal lights not HIDs

Both headlights have the same kick up to the left....

They are correct partly about the reflector but all it is a sticker you put on the headlight to block out this kick up to the left for the wrong side of the road driving !!!

When you last changed a headlight bulb, did you change both at the same time?

Different bulbs have different resistances which can cause one headlight to be brighter than the other.

Renault put to new dipped beam bulbs in for me. Ones with like silver tips on the end. They aint got no name on them. Do you know any better and cheaper bulbs that you recommend?

I would get them checked again and setup on a beam tester.... The amount Of times I see people put bulbs in and they think they are correct is silly !!!

You might have one slightly wrong it's quite easy to do so

Well they must have made an error I guess.

I always recommend OSRAM Nightbreaker Plus bulbs myself.

Can I speak to your carer?

Dude the only reason im saying is because i bought some 55w xenon ones off there and when i took to renault to get headlamps changed they said that on the beam tester they were only 30w and they asked were i got them from and i said ebay. They said people on there sell dodgey bulbs. Thats all.

FPMSL.

Just send it back to Renault, and then just LEAVE IT. Don't try to fix or upgrade anything. Sorry if this seems harsh, but tbh I don't think you're really cut out for modding.

1. You go to a Renault dealership to get your bulbs changed.
2. You bought a HID kit and fitted it into a set of reflector headlamps. You must have blinded hundreds of people.
3. You bought a 55w HID kit. EVERYONE knows that there is sod all difference between a cheap 35w and a cheap 55w kit.
4. Your friend has tricked you into believing all kinds of crap.
5. You don't know how to use ebay without getting scammed.

This is why I don't think you are cut out for modding.

I see. Kind of.

OSRAM Nightbreakers are well known to be good bulbs. Just search on here and read what everyone says.

General rule for buying things on ebay. If the seller has sold 10000+ items and has 99% feedback, they're usually legit.

Just plug in Osram nightbreaker H7 into ebay and pick the 'top rated seller' that is usually at the top of the list.

Okay sound. Ive found some on here for £13.95. Free delivery. But why on websites like europarts and autobulbs they are £25+?

I don't think you get it mate.....

Dont buy any more bulbs or anything

You paid for a service from Renault and obviously they have not carried out the service correctly!!!

Now take the vehicle back to the dealer that done the work and tell them that after parting with your hard earned money, you are not satisfied with the work carried out and can they rectify what is wrong !!!!

6. You rely on email to contact your local Renault dealer. Pick up the phone and ring them, get an answer straight away plus it puts them on the spot to minimise to chance of them feeding you a load of bullish*t.
