Headlights question!

Are these road legal? And if so are they any good? anyone have them? as i think they would enhance the look of my car! Opinions also welcome

They look to be road legal to me. I quite like angel eyes personally.

lol i know it says that but my mate bought some same style for his corsa and turns out they werent road legal evne though in the advert it says so. Im tempted with these if i can get them cheap, i aint payin £150 for them, unless anyone knows where i can get em cheaper?
