Headlights set to low..???

I've had my car for about 2 weeks now and i've noticed the lights are really low.. Is there any way you can adjust them? I've heard you may have 2 take the bumper off ..???? They may be fine, maybe just got 2 get used 2 them!

Check the arjuster on the rear beam of the car most lilly its come disconnected.

Renault can reset them if there low.
