Headphones

I want to get a set of new headphones for an ipod for xmas, can anyone reccommend any good ones to go for?

Been told that the Sennheiser CX400 is a good choice to go for, but i have been reading some reviews an there seems to be mixed reviews about them. Does anyone have a set of these or heard them? what do you think?

These retail at £30 but willing to pay more if anyone knows of a better set.

Sennheisser CX300 i think are the ones i have and are great!

Depends on your budget.

For circa £50, there's V-Moda Vibes, or Shure SE-110.

I personally use Shure SE-210 (£100~), the new foams are such an improvement on the old EXC range. Much prefer them to my old E3C, the fitment in my ears allows for much better bass reproduction.

If you're getting some decent phones, grab yourself a Fiio headphone amp from Dealsextremes, work out about £5-10 delivered. Awesome bit of kit!
