Struggling with the search to find anything on this- basically I think the cable or whatever is used to direct the airflow on the heater has broken. The air isn't coming out of anywhere in particular and the dial doesn't do anything and it won't even turn to the defrost position. Do I need to take the top of the dash off to get at it?
