Heater Control Bulbs

Just bought a mk2 ph2 Clio 1.2 16v Dynamique, very pleased with it, but the heater controls below the radio don't light up with the sidelights

The controls all work and the re-circulation led works so I'm guessing it's the bulbs

I haven't got a haynes yet so can anyone tell me how to remove this panel to change the bulbs, I think the radio has to come out first?

Also what types of bulbs are they if possible

this sometimes happens to me in my car.
i just give a good whack from underneath and it seems to come back on.

id like to knw this to!! ive just had a solid week with mine on! thats the longest ive ever had. i rarely get both lights on,its usually one or the other. as mentioned, a gud wack,or i turn my stereo up, sumtimes turns them on,but not always!!lol. its on my "warranty list" for renault, before it runs out in april,lol
