Heater only works on setting 1

My heater only works on number 1 and very occasionally i can get it to work on number 3.

I have replaced the control panel on the dashboard and the multiplug that plugs into it.

My next thought would be the rheostat but i dont know where it is yet, any ideas on that?

Any more suggestions?

On the blower unit under the cowling at the bottom of the windscreen. Just plugs in.

nice one fellas, ill take a look tomorrow......ive got a hangover and i dont feel like doing it right now.
