Heater Rattle Mk3

Hi, i got in my car as normal yesterday, however turned the heating onto 1 and noticed a rattle coming from the wind screen vent. I then turned the heating up to full, turned it back down to 1 and it was gone. The exact same thing happened today as well. I've never noticed this before. Is it normal or what? Any help much appreciated.

Mine does this too, it rattles on heater speed 2 but when you change it and go back its dissapeared. Must be a common problem.
