heaters blowing but only cold air

ive seen the thread from the other guy but mine is a different problem

friday night i put the heating onto the coldest mini setting and it was blowing out really hot air lol

last night i went to put the heating on and on the hottest setting it was blowing out freezing cold air

i now cant get any hot air atall out of it but the blowers are working full power, just cold

any help is appriciated, thanks

i think the problem is the flaps are not moving to allow the hot/cold air to pass

i think its the gear/cog that needs the cable tie trick lol
