Hi all.

I'm Dan. I currently drive a Citroen Saxo - but I'm soon to be upgrading to a Phase 2 RenaultSport Clio 172.

I live in the South-West (no I don't have my own tractor ) and I'm the regional meet official on another forum (I won't link or say where because that would be rude and disrespectful :rasp.

I love working on French cars, tend to fix a lot of things myself on my current car, and I'll most likely continue this when I have my Clio.

Also - just thought I'd mention, I'm also on the lookout for a 172 so It may turn out that I buy one off here, but we will see.

Do you think £3k is a reasonable budget for a fairly good condition PH2 172?

Anyway, I look forward to chatting to you all etc.

I'd say u want to budget a bit more than that at very least 3.5 but you could def pick one up for 3. But with ANything I suppose yuou get what you pay for. There's quite a few members Dow that way. Get subscribed and you will be able to see everything ie cars for sale section parts for sale etc guides on how to do stuff discussion about everything on this planet etc oh and a healthy tuners, suppliers and servicers trader section
