Welcome, no real gains to be had on the K4J engine. It can be made to be quicker if you want to spend mega money.

I'm in two minds to put a 1.6 bottom block on it were could I get a stainless manifold from and would a set of lowering springs of a clio sport 182 fit my 1.4 clio
