HELP alarm going off all dash lights on relays clicking

I'm not home till late tonight and my dad called me to say alarm was going off and they key won't work but he managed to get in and start it and it was fine but when turned off all the dash lights stay lit and the hazards were going off
Any help?

sorry, might sound silly, but the car now doesnt start? if not my girlfriend had the same trouble, we narrowed it down to be a bad earthing from the battery, got another lead and it was perfect. but i thought it was going to be a lot worse than a 15 quid lead. good luck hope this helps

Erm could be bad earth, personally I think water has got in somewhere
But could be an earth
If its fucked ill set it alight on my drive

Oh and the car does start apparently

Few lights were up but not sure which

Weird how it still started up
