help changing valver door

The bloody pins holding the door to the body of the car are a right b1tch to get off. ive given them a bit of wd40 and im going to attempt them again tonight.


Any suggestions to make life easier, would renault help me out if i brought the car to them just to loosen the bolts a bit, im worried im going to damage the bolt heads like i did on my rt.

Dont they just undo?? Held on By T40s iirc

Undo them 4-5 turns then they tap out.

Be very careful not to round the heads (easily done) -

They do just undo but they rust and seal tight. Smokey definitely put wd40 a day before. My rt doors were a nightmare im not looking forward to doing this.
