Help Clio 172 cup not locking

Hi there

Need some help my cup ain't locking using my keys. I had a viewing on it so had spare key in car also and that ain't working either, both keys are flashing g red when pressed so the battery is fine The central dash button locks the car so I'm confused. Need it sorting for Monday as will be going hopefully.

The only thing I can think of is I left bonnet up when it rained heavily and I thought bringing both keys may have affected it?? What shall I look for?

Try putting a key in the ignition, turn it on but don't start the car,turn off and take the keys out and try to lock it. Mine plays up sometimes too.
