HELP, clunking spring noise from gaz back springs

hi i have just had ktr/gaz coilovers fitted and evrything is fine on the front but thers a nasty spring clunking noise from the back, the springs are sat on those hight adjustable pads and they are as low as they go but the noise seems to just be one side. any advice would be great as im goin on a drive to liverpool tomoro and i cba with it doin that all the way

Any chance its your exhaust hitting the frame?? Mine did this cause it had worn out hangers so ever bump/pot hole there was a strange bump sound

no it definatly sounds like the spring, its quite loud and the car never made a sound before i had these fitted. cheers

Get us some pictures of under the back of the car and we'll try to help.

cheers for trying to help, i took it back to the garage, the rear spring wasnt sat right it needed twisted round and now its sat happily, noise has stopped. from what ive experienced these are the best coilovers ive had so far. still need to adjust the damping till its perfect but first impressions (now the noise has gone) is very good. bit of a stupid thread but evryones advice would have been much appreciated if the noise persisted. thanks
