Help! Condensation in Headlight & Fogs

Im not sure how this has come about in my passenger headlight unit but i seem to have condensation in my headlight.
It seems to go away once ive had my lights on for a bit, but then it'll come back again if i leave it overnight.
Ive checked the covers at the back etc...
Whats the best way to get it out?

Really starting to annoy me now!

I had this problem in my old Dynamique.
it got especially bad when i was washing it.
never got to the bottom of it

Hmm, might have to take it off and stick it in the airing cupboard for a bit. Dunno what else to try really.
